Ans: We regret to inform you that once an order has been placed, it will not be

to make any amendments or cancellation because the order would have

immediately to SingPost for processing. Hence, before you confirm

Ans: We currently accept credit/debit cards or you can pay via your

Ans: No, you can make a purchase by credit / debit cards

Qn: How much is the delivery cost?
Ans: First time delivery is free and strictly within Singapore only.
We are unable to deliver to Sentosa Island, military camps,
protected
areas and
locations as gazetted by Singapore government and
the
following areas:
Changi Airfreight Centre, Jurong Island,
PSA Terminal /
Wharves – Tanjong Pagar &
Sembawang & Pasir Panjang and
MINDEF
COMCEN.
In the event that you are not available to receive the merchandise at the requested date
and time of delivery, SingPost will leave a delivery note for you to collect the parcel from the
nearest Post Office or you can arrange for re-delivery at your own cost.
